With years of dedicated experience in the North Texas legal community, Paul Roessner brings a sophisticated level of expertise to estate planning and probate administration.

 

Paul began his legal career in 2010 in Southlake, Texas. He started by drafting wills and trusts and guiding families through probate under the mentorship of an experienced solo practitioner. He later joined a respected mid-sized Dallas law firm, where he conducted thousands of client consultations and was promoted to lead the entire Estate and Business Law department. Most recently, he practiced at the international law firm BakerHostetler in Dallas, advising private and public clients on complex contract negotiations and regulatory compliance.

 

This broad experience in estate planning, business structuring, and sophisticated transactional work gives Paul a unique advantage: he sees the full picture. Whether a family business, investment portfolio, or blended family is involved, Paul anticipates challenges others often miss and crafts tailored, conflict-resistant plans.

 

A deeply personal turning point came when Paul helped his mother navigate her pancreatic cancer diagnosis. As he assisted her in organizing her affairs, he realized how vital it is to capture not just assets, but a person’s values, faith, and personal legacy while they can still share them. In 2025, driven by this experience, Paul founded Roessner Law Firm, PLLC with a clear mission: to create estate plans that go far beyond transferring wealth — they transfer peace of mind, stories, and what matters most to each family.
